Yuliya Rak has more than 10 years of work experience in employee training and career coaching. Yuliya has started her professional career 2005 in United Nations Organization. in 2007 Yuliya joined JTI Ukriane, and in 2012 she moved to Adriatica as a member of global talents program in JTI.
In her day to day job, Yuliya works with the questions of employee performance management, training and development, talent management and employee engagement.
