President – Group HR ACG Worldwide

Sunil Jha is currently the President – Group HR of ACG Worldwide. ACG Worldwide is a 250 miilion USD group having more than 3400 Associates. ACG has strong presence in the Pharmaceutical Engineering- Manufacturing space. ACG is based out of Mumbai, with offices across the globe. Sunil is leading HR Function of the Group through Institution Building and Change Management methodology.

Previous to ACG, Sunil has led HR teams in sectors like Media (Indian Express), Telecommunications (Essar Telecom), Public undertaking (BEST)

 

Sunil has more than 30 years of work experience in Human Resources Function. He has an interesting career trajectory – straddling the spectrum of being a union activist in his first job to managing and negotiating with union leaders and further progressing on to Strategic areas of HR like Organization Development, Managing Mergers & Acquisitions related transitions of organizations.

 

Sunil is an alumni of Maharashtra Insitute of Labour Studies (MILS), Mumbai. His passion is behavioral science. He is a Professional Member of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS). He facilitates Human Process labs in ISABS led events and also in globally reputed educational institutions like Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Ahmedabad & Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS)
