Mojca Domiter has graduated Psychology at the University of Rijeka and completed Executive MBA studies at Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb. During her career she received a number of additional trainings in leadership and management. She has rich experience in the field of human resource management, particularly in segments such as employee development, reward systems, selection, strategic planning, talent management and change management. Mrs. Domiter achieved exceptional resultsin terms of rapid growth and organizational change. She gained her experience in multiple industries, from telecom, pharmaceutical and FMCG, and in the last six years in the group responsible for the HRM function that covers the international markets with a focus on the SEE and the CIS region.
