Mia Pesic has 8 years of human resources experience including leadership development, career development and succession planning, learning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity program development, employee relations, safety, ethics and compliance issues.
Mia is employed as Head of Human Resources in Deloitte being responsible for 4 offices in Serbia, Montenegro, Republic of Srpska and FYR Macedonia. She is engaged on creating a talent strategy aligned to overarching plan for strategic goals, working with the management team in defining and implementing learning, recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, succession planning, benefits and more. In addition, she participate in external firm projects providing human capital solutions.
Her employment history includes HR positions in consulting, telecommunication, media and FMCG industries locally and internationally.
Mia completed bachelor studies in Management and master studies in Project Management from Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University Belgrade. She is also member of Serbian association of Managers.
