Larisa Grizilo has amore than 15 years of rich international experience in Human Resource Management in various industries. She started her career in 1998 in Wrigley, where she was responsible for HR management in former Yugoslav countries, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania. From 2000 to end of 2003 she was covering the region from Belgrade as well.
In 2009, she joined Sanofi Adriatic as HR Director Adriatic MCO (multi country organization) being responsible for former Yugoslav countries and Albania. After that, in 2013, she moved to Discover Financial Services/Diners Club International, where she was responsible for HR management for Diners Club Italia and Dinit. In addition to that, she has also led HR due diligence for Corner Bank Switzerland acquisition of DC Italia and Dinit.
In 2015, Larisa joined TAG/Cluster Simobil & Vipmobile as HR Director and from 2016 took over also Corporate Communications. From July 2016 she is member of Cluster Leadership team as Sr. HR & Corporate Communications Director.
