Katarina Petronijević started her career in Human Resources at Siemens Slovenia. As Head of HR for the past 10 years ago, she got an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of the department.
She worked on topics like talent development, organizational management, learning management, compensation and benefits, recruiting’s and she even managed HR part of several spin off’s and mergers. One of her bigger achievements was that she was able to reshape the function from administrative function into a strategic one, where she transformed into a business partner, who works closely with the business and not only understands their challenges, but can also offer the right mix of expertise and solutions.
EMBA at Cotrugli also enabled her in this transformation. Later on in her career she took on additional role as Head of Talent and Leadership development for Adriatic region and in October 2015 she started working as Regional head of human resources at Siemens Healthcare. Siemens is one of the world’s largest technology companies with almost 170 years of tradition.
