Ivana Canic, born in 1981, graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy (Andragogy), University of Belgrade, 2006.
– Ten years of experience in Human Recources ( recruitment, performance appraisal, education and development, HR Business Partnering, organisational culture…).
Today, I am Senior HR Business Partner for the biggest market of Nelt Group – Serbia.
I manage HR Business Partner Team of five members responsible for Supply chain department and Sales.
Beside that, I am the leader of project Organisational Culture for Nelt Group which referes to nearly 3,500 employees, 12 companies in 7 countries.
