Jon Ingham

Jon Ingham is an independent analyst, trainer and consultant specializing in helping companies apply academic research, technology and innovation to the way they generate competitive advantage through their people.  His main current interest is how businesses use social technologies and social approaches to develop their employees’ connections, relationships and conversations as strategic differentiators.

Jon maintains a heavy schedule of speaking at conferences around the world, and he is also chairing Europe’s leading HR conference, HR Tech Europe, in Amsterdam, for the third consecutive year this October.  As a consultant, Jon works globally across all sectors helping devise and develop strategic, high impact approaches to people management. His M&A experience includes internal mergers within Diageo Ireland (Guinness and UDV) and TUI (Thomson Holidays and the Lunn Poly retail chain.)
