Doris Tomanek

Executive Vice President and Head of HR CEE and Austria at UniCredit S.p.A.

 

Ms. Doris Tomanek serves as an Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources CEE Division at UniCredit S.p.A. Ms. Tomanek has been a Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Austria AG since May 2010. She has been Head of Human Resources Bank – Austria at UniCredit Bank Austria AG since 2005 and Head of Human Resources- CEE, a division of UniCredit Group since 2006.

She has been an Executive Vice President of UniCredit Group (alternate name, UniCredit S.p.A) since 2008. She served at Creditanstalt from 1975 to 1978, Mobil Oil Austria AG from 1982 to 1988, Coca Cola Ges.m.b.H from 1988 to 1995 and Coca Cola HBC from 1995 to 2005. She served as Head of Human Resources in Coca Cola HBC.

She has been Member of Supervisory Board at Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spolka Akcyjna since June 1, 2012. She serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Uniocredit Business Integrated Solutions Austria GmbH. She serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Public Joint Stock Company Ukrsotsbank. Ms. Tomanek graduated Mag. rer.soc.oec. (degree in Macroeconomics) from University of Economics, Vienna in 1981.
