Diana Maietec has a long career, both in Human Resources and Project Management.
She is currently heading up the Management by objective implementation at Porta KMI Romania, the Romanian branch of Polish door producer Porta KMI. Porta KMI is a strong, young at heart and modern brand. Running six production sites and having over 220 authorized dealers, the company had the privilege of creating harmonious interiors for millions of people in 29 European countries. The Management by objective program of Porta KMI Romania aims to develop employees, company and partners by being more innovative in achieving its strategic goals.
Diana successfully designed and implemented learning & development and on boarding processes for companies in banking sector and automotive industry. She leaded several start-ups projects from HR perspective in Eastern Europe.
She is certified as Life Orientation Lifo® consultant and ISO TS 16949:2009 and VDA 6.3 auditor. She is president or member of examination committee at Train the Trainers programs.
With a great curiosity about people, resourceful, creative and solution-oriented she learned from / collaborate with / developed trainers from Romania, UK, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Hungary, Macedonia, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt and Mexico.
