Bojana Vasiljevic is West Balkans HR Manager in Marbo, a company of PepsiCo, responsible for leading HR strategy for the market unit. Bojana focus is on aligning people strategy, business strategy and organization culture, values and purpose.

Bojana is HR executive with 16 years experience in the field of human resource management, strategic leadership, organization development, design and change, having worked in HR leadership roles in FMCG, retail and information & technology services industries. Prior to PepsiCo, Bojana was leading HR Delivery function for South Central Europe in Mondelez International. Her other roles have included leading human resources for S&T AG and The Cola-Cola Company.
Throughout her career, she has been focusing on organizational development and critical capability building, strategic human capital and cross-cultural talent strategies.
Bojana earned Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Brunel University of West London. She is married with two children.
